Dr. W. - Urology - He is a 70 year old man who underwent a radical prostatectomy in November of 2002 for Stage pT2C, Gleason 7, PSA 11.6, margin negative carcinoma of the prostate. Clinically he is doing well and has no urinary symptoms at all. His health generally remains good. His PSA remains zero. I told Mr. C that I no longer need to follow him on a routine basis. I have, however, told him that he should continue to have his PSA done through you as part of his annual check. His PSA should stay zero forever and if it should ever become measurable, then I should see him again.

I think I can do this with HMGs.

You can automate this using a HMG, or, just use a tickler.

Yeah. I'll see how that goes. I am not heavy into the HMGs yet. With the ticklers working smoothly I want to get a hold of that, especially as I am adding staff and a new doctor.
