Well, Synapse is easy to use from my perspective but that's not the most important one as I am just one of many users. What do you find hard to use with Synapse that could be more easily done?
1. A for real user manual, with a table of contents, chapters, and so forth, intended to be printed as a book. I've considered starting one myself. Obviously a huge undertaking. Not sure I could ever pull it off. 2. More "consistent look and feel" for all applets. This is a tough one, because it flies in the face of developing software. Personally, I'll take the ability to rapidly morph the software to conditions users actually need, rather than a super grandiose GUI where one size does not fit all. On the other hand, a really consistent GUI does make things easier. 3. A really good contextual help system. Once again, lots of work.....
A context help system was started at the very beginning some years ago ... pressing F1 on any screen. Of course most of the help is now out of date.
