I'm currently working full time in a hospital doing clinics all day to try and assist a colleague who has gone off sick. The "EMR" is a nightmare to use .. really it is only use for looking at results and letters. No CPOE, or way to enter notes. Scanning for important results is crazy difficult... makes me glad I can filter down and scan the headings for results. But interestingly each access is logged and displayed as an audit trail. Meaningful use requires this as well.
