sql error upon launch of acroforms

I'm getting this error upon the launch of most all accroforms:

sql error in select-recent-drughist

The acroform will still launch OK, and the drugs added with the acroform variable $current-medications and $drug-allergies will display OK.

When did you first notice this?

I just started noticing this error in the last, uhmmm, two weeks or so I think, but I can tell you with which client it first started popping up.

I'm not seeing this error at all.

What's the exact wording of the error reported?

I examined your error logs and see that this has just happened recently. And I don't understand why as there was no change in the code.
Anyway, I have updated your server to 78 which traps the error.

This function is only called when you use acroforms, and just returns all the medications prescribed that day.
