Skype not working ?

I get an error when trying to use skype 5.1

In Skype: Advanced Settings > Manage API Access Control ... I don't see where I can add Synapse. There are only change and remove buttons.

Ideas ?

I downloaded skype4com, extracted the 3 files and placed all three in my Synapse client directory c:\EMR\Client

Q: It sends Sms with my Skype ID. How can I get it to use my cellphone number instead ?
