    2008 BMD: -2.8, -2.5, -2.1

Healthy 80 year old retired female pharmacist. Very active (excellent walker).
Completed 5 years of Didrocal in 2009.
She's not keen on medications (ie. another bisphosphonate).

I wonder if it is time to look into improving her BMD.
But I think it's a stretch to say there has been a significant decrease.
What is the 95% confidence interval on BMD measurements anyway ? Probably more than 0.022 :)

I'd just give one dose of Aclasta and then review in a few years.
    Reduces fracture risk by 40%.
