"Send Staff" Messaging from inbox causing an ERROR.

I got this error twice

First time: I accidentally hit [Set Reply] before [Send Staff]. then i rebooted, and tried to message my secretary (without accidentally hitting the [Set Reply] - same error.

Q: what is [set reply] ?

If I ignore the error and try to send the message again ... synapse crashes with this error.

The "Set Reply" button sets the "To:" field to the person who is the author of the current highlighted message - so that you can reply to them!

Q: Are you able to Message others ?

No. It must have stopped working with some change to rebgui ...
