producteev - office task management

    I've been trying Producteev as a Office TODO manager.
    There is alot to like about it.


    Really Like:
    easily assign tasks to others.
    The Natural Language task assignment is VERY quick and similar to what I thought would work for me.
    example: Integrate Producteev @gc Monday 9am #stat *5
    parses to....
    Task: Integrate Producteev (assigned to Graham Chiu)(Due Date Monday 9am)(priority: 5 star)(tag: stat).
    Drag and drop date changes.
    Rich GUI Calendar was nice.
    iPhone app was free and pretty good (need more testing).

    Still testing: receiving alerts with Jabber or Google Talk / Gmail.

    Demo: free ... only 1 workspace, 2 users.

    Not sure I like it .. I installed to iTouch, but find it difficult to find tasks

    Notifications on the desktop:
    For me ... I would want to use the PC 98% of the time.
    I find the iphone app to work well ... especially at assigning tasks.

    I am thinking of giving this a go in my office.

    Thinking about Task Management.
    - I want to track things better, and I want to assign and be assigned tasks easier.
    - My secretary uses the Tickler option alot for referral status.

    I think the notifications via iPhone are working pretty smoothly.
    Still testing.

    I'm trying to get off paper.
    Going to relook at this.
    2 main areas:
    (1) patient management
    (2) office management
