This is a new problem with Client 106. The Print History applet takes a really long time to launch (like 1-3 minutes) and attempts to load the print que for the loaded patient, but can never load it (or at least, it continues to grind). The same thing happens for each click on the "Print History" link. Here is the solution I found. The patient has to have a provider selected as primary with a fax number so that a fax number is displayed in the Print History applet's "Email2Fax" data field. If Email2Fax has a blank fax number, the Print History applet will hang.
