Sure email can facilitate communication but when electronic communication is integrated into the patient's EHR ... even better things can happen. Portals are better than email !
Vance is a big emailer - he emails from within Hotmail though. I'm not an emailier but I'm considering it .... not sure how to set it up for synapse.
