    What are the goals of web based helpdesk ?

    Have specific users expressed a need for this ?

    I need a way to track bugs ... I don't have a bug tracker at present. So, few bugs [H]

    Are you sure there are that many bugs that requires a bug tracker.

    Most bugs are solved in hours, not weeks.

    There are some bugs present ( mainly gui to do with resizing ) that have been there for months.

    It might also encourage you to report bugs ( eg. the no repeats ) instead of sitting on them!

    On Zendesk, I can only view my own issues, right?

    If every user is assigned to the same organization they can see all the tickets ( I"m told )
