New client builds

    Fixes a couple of cosmetic issues:

    The growth data is now cleared on changing from one patient to another
    When adding a new patient, the correspondents list is now cleared immediately

    And some under the hood improvements to the postscript driver

    Thanks to Chris who spotted our install packagesdid an un-needed.NET Framework 2.0 installation. Server .MSI and Client WinZip Self-Extractor now updated.

    The cache now works correctly. It occasionally recalled the wrong patient.

    <u>Enhancements

    </u>Some functions are now available to be assigned to the function keys.
    See the Settings/Function Keys tab.

    Defaults so far are:
    F1 - context sensitive help
    F2 - previous consult
    F3 - last prescription

    Localhost is no longer an option by default - to enable it, set an environment variable called "synapse-local" to true

    Prescriptions now bring up a menu of dispensing periods
