The Moxtra SDK currently includes four modules for developers:
Moxtra Chat,
Moxtra Meet,
Moxtra Draw and
Moxtra Clip.

Moxtra + Synapse ideas:

(1) communication with patients

- real time communication.

(3) internal referral management
(4) Synapse Inbox replacement.

looks like it is a mobile solution.

They have Windows Desktop, iOS, Android, and WWW clients. Mac too !
