There is no way to delete these from Synapse. You would have to find the macro in the Firebird tables and delete it from there.
I can do that. But I think it would be better to give the users the ability to do it in Synapse, e.g. add a tab under settings. For me, I would only want to keep things related to my neurology practice.

I'll post an executable once I get it going again.
