Currently the main way to print consultations requires that the MiKTeX package must be installed. This is automatically installed if you use the large Synapse installer. Otherwise you need to download and install it yourself. You can find detailed installation instructions here http://www.ctan.org/tex-archive/systems/win32/miktex/setup/install.html for downloading and installing MiKTeX. For Synapse EMR purposes, you really only need to install the small package set. But you will still need to install the fancyhdr package. If you don't do this, you will not be able to print as the fancyhdr package is used for the letters and some prescriptions. These instructions will help you install the fancyhdr package. If you just download the fancyhdr.sty file, save it to the c:\texmf\ directory. Change this to whichever directory you installed MikTeX.
