I've got a E586 wireless hotspot for 3g internet access when I don't have a wifi router available. When I topped up, 2Degrees gave me 500 texts to use up in a month! This means logging into the embedded web server to send texts, or, I could just take the sim out and put it into my phone. Anyway, seems to shame to waste these texts and so I added a little script to use this device to send my SMSs until they run out.
