Synapse has been built to my own specifications, and the way I practise. Thus it works well for those who are good typists, and are not particularly interested in lots of codified data. If I want a narrative type of clinical note, I can either type it, or I can use Dragon Dictate. But I accept that others work differently. To some extent I have done this already in the clinical note by allowing you to build clinical scenarios which you can then recall. But what about templates where you click on each item, and then it builds the narrative note. Are you users interested in this type of functionality?
