When I took a look at the Diagnoses popup, I noticed it isn't blue but is blank white. Blue looks cleaner People's eyes focus on the white so the two white panels leave your eyes neutral, but if it was blue your eyes would focus on the white left diagnoses section. I do really like the look with the empty fields gone - much improved. Don't forget the Surgeries / Procedures popup [F6] !
