So, it looks like I have to recall all my patients who are on biologics, Methotrexate > 20 mg, Methotrexate + Leflunomide, and various other combinations to advise them to get a 3rd primary Covid-19 vaccination. And probably a 4th vaccine in 6 months after that. Sigh.
