This faxing method involves Cheyenne ? Weird !

I'll have to research it.

Thus far, I want the ability to save a .pdf file with the specified filename to a directory that can be Watched by Snappy Fax Server edition.

It's the fastest ... Save ... Done.

These last two changes are an attempt to solve the problem that Synapse doesn't seem to stay logged in sometimes on start up, and has to be restarted. It may be that the animations etc are upsetting the timings and causing tcp problems.

Ever since the physician dashboard has been introduced, I've noticed that it may take a few tries to connect to the Synapse server and stay connected.

The problem may be related to bad data somehow .... so this version does more checking on data prior to feeding to the display widgets.

And then what happens if RXNorm updates that drug entry ?

Basically entities are forever. If the drug formulation, or tablet size etc are changed, a new entity is created, and the old entity becomes suppressed.

So, you'll never see the out of date drugs because no references to them will be made by our first two queries.


So, there is never a need to update the values we store on the Synapse server.

There has been a problem with some recent clients not connecting successfully to the server, and requiring a couple of tries.
The busy indicator was removed in case this was the problem, but it was not.


The actual problem seems to have been due to some data being manipulated twice while it was loading into the tables for display .. and this version now consistently connects first time.
