    • New tab to allow you to filter on the drug name in the medication history
    • Scroll-panel used to contain the consult so that you can scroll on it without bringing up the consult editor
    • Fixed script when no carriage return on last line of an item, it would not print that line

    • Prototype
tab Patient/Details/CMS-1500 that is supposed to hold the default
values for printing out a CMS-1500 form ( latest version )

I need someone who actually uses this form to download and run this
beta. I need to know if I have all the fields that can be setup with
defaults, or whether I need fewer or more.

Also, I need to know if the field sizes are appropriate.

You can not save the values yet in this form.

To get a teaser of how printing to these forms works, download these two files

    cms1500.png

    cms1500.eps

and save both to the same directory where synapse.exe is.

Now, navigate to Settings/Forms/PDF Forms and click on "CMS" and then the "1500" in the tree. An image should now appear in the Image tab.

Click next on the "Layout" tab, and then the "Render" button.

The buttons at top are not functional except the "Dump" button. Try that. The text/checks on the image should appear in the PS file.

    You need GSView installed ...

    • Completed the Patient/Details/CMS-1500 form that holds the default values for printing to a CMS-1500 form
    • Users can now define their templates to print to pre-printed form, or to print their own forms based on 3rd party PDFs.
    • A tutorial on this will follow shortly
Needs R83B1 server and GSView installed.

    • PDF Forms is now available as a popup. Because of some display
problems with the function key assignments, the function keys are now
edit-lists and not drop-lists. This means that you can type in "PDF
Forms" into the function key fields.

When you click on a leaf in the tree, it fetches the form definitions from the server, and when that is done, it then reveals the "Render" button.

where "Allergies: drugs" is the name of a GUI template.
