Currently I am only allowing existing files to be attached to an encounter. However, sometimes I need to reference articles or papers on the net for a particular visit, to provide some evidence or clarification for a treatment that I am providing. If I include that link inside the consult, then it is not available to others. So, perhaps a way to also add a list of URLs to an encounter might also be good .... or, overkill !
Well ... you know I want direct file linking I wouldn't want URL linking myself. But URL linking and file linking are similar beasts.
