I'm importing the text of other clinicians' consults into my notes and so to keep the dates right, I'm allowing the user now to alter the date for the consult. The original creation date will be kept and the audit log will record this change. I think this feature has been asked for before.
This is very handy. I am prone to stacking charts when very busy, and frequently have to complete a few charts the next day. It was a drag when I could not adjust the consult date to the date the patient was actually seen.
When you reload the chart, it will re-order by date ie. you have to switch to another patient and back.
