Is there a maximum # of items that can appear in the Results Inbox ? We filed to inbox 100 things yesterday and 2 today. None are appearing in my Results inbox. However, when we go to the patient's chart ... the document is there. This one PC where I am reviewing my inbox has the latest client. My secretary's client doing the filing is probably older. I don't want to reboot synapse or her PC so we can figure out what the culprit might be. I've put filing on hold for now. Any ideas ?
The SQL probably pulls the first 100 out from the inbox. File some in the inbox to below 100 to see them appear.
