What's the deal with the HMGs in the consult window ?

I see there are HMGs in the consult window.

I see they dont show up in the ticklers section though.

What's the plan with HMGs ?

You shouldn't see the Methotrexate HMGs unless the patient is on Methotrexate!

The HMGs just show up when you see the patient. They're not ticklers.

How do I satisfy them to make them go away ?

I guess when you say "see the patient" you mean generate a consult note.

Since I am not using the consult note for visit documentation, I won't see the unment HMGs ?

As well, I think I would want to be able to see what needs doing on a patient, even though I am not seeing the patient that day.

They'll appear on any existing consult .. not just a new one.

I don't use the consult section as I don't generate consult notes. So I'll never see the HMGs.

So I can't use them.

My recollection is that you were using consult notes to store immunizations, and allergies.

So just open up that note.

I have migrated to the Immunization Module - it's great.

My nurses would need to see the HMGs as they are going to be organizing follow up tests to satisfy the HMGs.
