what are pluses and minuses of keeping 1024 x 768 ?

Pluses:

(1) my secretary claims anything smaller than 1024 x 768 is too small for her eyes, despite her dual 19 inch LCD monitors.

(2) 1024 x 768 is a fairly standard resolution.

(3) smaller devices will likely work OK with apps designed with this size in mind (tablets, etc), any bigger, and the device wont run synapse.



Minuses:

(1) will have to be More selective about what is displayed on the GUI.



Thoughts ?

Perhaps your secretary needs glasses?

What is the native display mode for your LCD monitors?

Actually Synapse is OK at that resolution it is our other apps that don't work so well at that resolution, like my PM application.

The main Synapse window is only slightly too big for a 1024x768 window, but the Consult Popup is quite a bit too big.
