Certainly not as good.

Especially because it will be cluttered up with:

All these upcoming appointments will clutter things. The least relevant things will be on top as well.


We are probably going to "over extend" tickers as we are using it for alot of things

(1) following up on Ultrasound (needs to be book in 6 weeks)

(2) Referral Management

etc.

A lot of those you mention above should be covered by HMGs.

and if you reverse the order, then the old ones will be hidden by the size of the table. So, instead of using another button, just scroll to see the old ones.

For me, reducing the clutter would be important. We will rarely ever want to see old ones.

The 90/10 rule would favour not displaying things that are a mere distraction to getting done what needs doing.
