The Ultimate Diet

    I suppose all <strike>doctors</strike> humans think about what is The Ultimate Diet for modern life ?

    I am going to use this thread to collect this info. Goal: a Food Plan for 1 day.

    I think some low carb, low GI, low calorie, higher proteins and fats, lots of vegetables diet is probably the "Core" key elements.

    Maybe sprinkle in 1/2 a Grapefruit per day. [link] [pubmed] - Journal of Diabetes - Naringenin






    Supplements:

    Vitamin D 1-2,000 IU daily during Winter months.

    D3 5,000 IU daily would be more appropriate.

    Fish several times a week is good.

    Lots of PUFAs.

    Yea. Fish would probably be the best meat.
