As you know your medication shortcuts, jarnal, journal templates and ICD9 changes are stored locally, and are not available on other PCs that you might use. If that is an issue, you can sync the entire synapse directory across multiple PCs using dropbox. Or you can sync selected directories. You can download it from their site.
