    The client changes are:
    1. Fixed some visual glitches in the control panes in Custom/Templates
    2. Added back the diagnostic codes when using the Patients/Imaging request form
    3. Fixed some visual glitches in the drop-lists in the diagnostic details
    4. Added waist measurement as a vital sign
    5. Added a HL7 import path preference
    6. Added a [Delete Result] for the Inbox.
    7. Added [De-] [Archive] buttons for the results tab, and [Archive] button for the inbox
    8. Added
tree for adding results. The buttons 2-5 do the same thing as there is
only two levels in the tree, and these buttons open up all nodes at
      that level.
    9. Added
      tree for filtering on results
    10. Fixed the display for the patient's title ( drop down list )
    11. Fixed XPLR button and mm-ddd-yyyy corruption
    12. Fixed [Send Staff] message error
    13. Starting on adding new sparklines in the consult editor
    14. Fixed bug with the superbill printing the wrong appointment time
    15. Added 32 user customizable graphs
    16. Added normal ranges
    17. Added inbox alert
    18. Added a redraw graphs method - loads all the data again and removes any data filters in place
    19. Amended HL7 import to account for multiline NTE segments
    20. Amended HL7 import to insert results where there are no normal ranges provided

Probably my fault, I used link http://synapsedirect.com/files/folders/installation__setup/entry3033.aspx

http://www.compkarori.com/emr/synapse-server.exe gives me 0.0.73, so this should be the final right? Too many download links confuse me [;)]

Don't think we should .. I'd rather people only download betas after reading about them so that they are fully informed.
