37 yo female. only Raynaud's in hands and feet. otherwise healthy. I sent her to Rheum. Should anything be done ?
The rheum ordered the tests. Do you find the negative (anti-ENA and anti-ds DNA) results reassuring ?
I am presuming that this is not new onset Raynauds which has more sinister consequences. The ANA level is unclear from reading the result above.... But a healthy person with Raynaud's and a positive ANA and no other symptoms or signs doesn't really need anything else done. Sure, dsDNA, complement, ENAs -ve are all reassuring.
