Pink?

What is the signficance of the pink background around this test patient's name? It only occurs with Bob Baad, so I assume it's an error of some sort? Bob seems to be behaving in synapse OK.

Pink = overdue tickler, you are responsible.

Yellow = overdue tickler,someone else is responsible.
