Pediatric forms

    Pediatricians have lots of tedious forms that they have to fill out at various developmental stages.

    One way to approach this is to split the PDFs into single pages ( many are multipage and relevant to a particular period of life ) and turn them into Acroforms.

    Another way is to turn them into PNGs, and store them as Journal templates for easy inking.

    Or, if you don't have MS Journal, then save them as Jarnal PDF templates.

    The first option allows for the capture of discrete data, the latter two are just documentation outside of Synapse.

    So the trade off is speed vs information.
