It's time to retire my Windows 2003 server. It's running perfectly ... but Synapse is slowing down. I really want instant messaging and group shared TODOs. @Graham - any advise on server OS and specs ?
I am still running on 2003. But I did manage to install on Windows server 2008 64 bit. You could download a trial version of that to see .. the installer is supposed to detect a 64 bit install and install the appropriate libraries.
