This happened a couple times during new installation of a server. When running the server for the first time, it sometimes prompts to setup administrator account, sometimes does not. Haven't figure out what's causing this. If it does not let me set up the admin account first, is it possible to add later? Otherwise client won't be able to log in.
It only prompts you to setup an admin account if there are no users defined in the database. If there are users, it won't prompt you. If it is not prompting you, and has connected to the database, you must be using a non-blank database.
You can check this by using IBOconsole, and browsing to the database - the staff table. It should be empty at setup.
