    OK, I know Health Assessment Questionnaire = HAQ.
    What would Rheumatologists do without their indexes !

    FWIW, I don't think they know what is going on with this patient.

    Diagnosis changes q2months ... "Psoriatic arthritis, RA, NOS, add diagnosis here".

    TJC = tender joint count is a score normally out of 28. Not sure why 40 is being used.
    SJC = swollen joint count - 24 is a lot!
    MD global is physician global assessment. 8/10 means the doc thinks the patient is doing poorly.
    CDAI = clinical disease activity index ( or Crohn's disease activity index if a Crohn's patient )
