There's a new ipod nano out, and the cute thing is that it can record 8 - 16 hours of video, though I presume not necessarily on one charge. And 5 hours playback. Perhaps it's time for me to start recording movies of the patients' joints etc and incorporating them into the clinical notes. http://www.apple.com/ipodnano/ VGA only resolution though. And no stills. But it even allows you to take x-rays!! Or, just use it to record those interesting lectures one goes to ...
Looks cool. Video probably quite low res. For this to work well in an EMR, it has to be quick and easy. I am looking for a easy way to get pics to the windows clipboard of my Tablet (I can handle everything from the Clipboard). Maybe some USB Cam ... but it would have to be quick from me to use it.
