Currently images ( and other files ) can be attached to a consult in the attachments. I am thinking of adding the facility to view them in the tab as well.
Re: Images with text Something like this ... if there are any attachments for a consult, and if these images have been cached locally, then they will display in a new tab where all the menus are currently. If they are not cached, a placeholder image will display instead, and if you click on it, it will then download and display. If you double click on it, then the image editor pops up as well.... The point of this is some specialties like to draw pain diagrams etc. And we who look at joints could do the same for hand joints etc.
