It's actually me. I just changed it from my name to Osler. Q: What causes " Filed by user 16 Dr William Osler on 23-Dec-2011 at 14:04:54" to be added ?
When you click on "file" for inbox results ... so you know who filed the result. I added that as I thought I had results which were being filed without my seeing them, but no, I had!
Was it removed ? I find it really junks things up with no real value. Other options ? [1] Could it be put in the OCR section ? [2] In the "Right click" area ? [3] Be optional ? [4] In the Metadata popup ? [HL7?] [5] Under Results, I see a Result Tab, and a OCR tab. Do you want a "History" Tab ?
Maybe there's something in the data structure which allows me to store this information .... I'll have to check.
I added another idea in the post above. Any thoughts ? It's junking up my Metadata ! This is "non-clinical" behind the scenes information that is junking up my Metadata.
It's important to have an audit trail, and it is clinical. I shall have to add more fields to the results table.
