I am interested in finding a better patient scheduling application. I would love to use Synapse appointments, and then somehow Sync the days appointments to my Scheduling/Billing application but the Synapse Appts tab is a bit to sparse for our needs. would it be possible to develop a Rebol app easily write to my PM software's Microsoft Access .MDE file ?
Or would it be slow as well ! How much would a custom synapsescheduler.exe cost me ? It would pull some Synapse EMR information and otherwise be a killer scheduler. Any other Synapse users out there want a killer Scheduler ? Hmmmmmmm ...... maybe I should look for a suitable PM that is already available.
I would need access to your Access tables, and/or the application. Wouldn't have to be real time .. maybe every 5 mins or so could update. Cost ... maybe 3 hours labour.
I love how the Appts tab looks on my Portrait Monitor ! (I love being able to see the whole day, so will my secretary). Of course the Other Tabs look quite weird on it.
Most calendars that cover a week ( your example only shows 4 days ) assume that they all start and finish the same time. Or, that the periods are all the same eg. the Google calendar splits the hour into 30 mins. This isn't necessarily so .. eg the place I was at yesterday, I see patients every 20 mins, whereas normally i see them every 30 mins. So, like your example I would have to show the time values in each table. Anyway, it would be a lot of work. The appointments tab is the most complicated part of Synapse.
how about the ecw monthly view. where it shows just the count of how many appt per day. no times just #/day would that help jason? i assume its for planning your week etc.
That certainly could be helpful, I'll ask my secretaries if they think it would be helpful. I was thinking a good "Week View" is probably the most important, if it worked well you could easily view week by week quite quickly. Something like this ?
