    1. Fixed some visual glitches in the drop-lists in the diagnostic details
    2. Added a HL7 import path preference. See Settings/Interface/Hl7

The updated GUI toolkit still has some bugs, and this release works round them. For instance, if you have a diagnosis with a status of Active, and then click on another diagnosis with a blank status, the blank status will corrupt the drop down status list.

In the latest beta, I have also added waist measurement as a vital sign. Waist measurement may be a stronger predictor of CHD than BMI.

    1. Support message archiving

    R205B5

    1. Added [De-] [Archive] buttons for the results tab

You can now archive messages in the Results tab so that they don't show, but they are still displayed when applying filters.
This is akin to the Gmail label paradigm.

    Results can also be de-archived.

Note you need to update your server for this.

    1. Added tree for adding results. The buttons 2-5 do the same thing
as there is only two levels in the tree, and these buttons open up all
      nodes at that level.

This is just to show how a tree might work when adding a result. If people find it useful, I can then remove all the buttons.

    1. Added
      tree for filtering on results
    2. Bug fix on sorting on the consults - introduced last beta?

This is again a demonstration and no commitment to continue using the tree widget yet.

    R73B3 Server

    1. Sends alerts to users when results arrive in results inbox.

    R205B10

    1. Added 32 user customizable graphs
    2. Added normal ranges
    3. Added inbox alert

When staff add scans to your inbox ( not HL7 ), the refresh button on the Inbox changes color to Red. You can choose to refresh or not.

There are now 36 total sparklines now available. You can use the buttons on each one to customize by choosing which variable to graph.

In Custom/Normal Ranges, you can create the variables that you are going to graph. These then are used to take the data from the numeric results tables, and graph the normal ranges as well as the patient results.

Nice ... That'll work [:)] ... slightly more idiot proof would be to change the button name as well, say Refresh --> *NEW* and then when you hit renew .. it goes back to Refresh.

If this can be tested ... I'll try and push out a formal final release of 205.

    1. Added a redraw graphs method - loads all the data again and removes any data filters in place
    2. Amended HL7 import to account for multiline NTE segments
    3. Amended HL7 import to insert results where there are no normal ranges provided

    Explanation:

Previously the HL7 import ignored all but the last line in a result if there more than one NTE segments. This should fix this.

Also, for reasons that I have now forgotten, the HL7 import did not inject results into the numeric database if there was no normal range associated. I have now restored this so that it does .. as where I am, the HBA1c was arriving with no normal range.

And if copy to a doc is in the OBR/19 field, it should now be picked up ( Aotea Pathology Services in Wellington are using this field ).
