Very interesting. I wonder if "SuperSOAP" templates might contain S,O,A,P info vs. just S orO or A or P. Quite handy. Handy and Unique. good idea. i've thought of this as well.
I'd like to see the words- Subjective- Objective- Assessment- Plan- added to the text of the note automatically, at the beginning of the respective entries. I'd also like aline between S,O,A,P.
Instead of an SSRI, try area 25 suppression! I'm thinking of making the background colour a preference setting .. so the receptionist can use pink if she wishes! Will be adding SOAP text in due course.
We'll it is cheap and easy and probably popular with the endusers. It also could serve as an obvious visual reference who is logged in. The reception,nurse,doctors,etc all could have their own colour. When you saw a logged in computer and it wasn't your colour, you'd know to re-login. The Current user in the Title Bar is a great idea as well.
