    AutoFile can automatically import documents that are correctly named.



    EMMERSON_JOSEPH_1234567890_authority_1-Jul-2008_080707151699.pdf


    format: surname_fname_NHI_type-of-file_date_originalname.ext

    Note: SSN = NHI = (unique health insurance number).
