(1) import a scan. the name blanks as it should. close the add result window. hit add result. the name of the last patient is there. this will lead to misfiled items. just upgraded my secretary to 204.
Actually the default behavior has always been that the add-result window always opens with the current patient. This is to save time. If you do make a mistake, the idea is that the inbox user will spot it and move the result.
