A networked text document as a TODO list for an office.

experimenting with this idea of a text document as a TODO list for an office. it needs to be accessible by all computers and staff at all times.

when you change the document ... if another computer has it open ... it will alert you the document has changed and can reload it.

I am using it with my fav text editor TextPad.

I think an MS Word Document would work in a similar fashion.

The reason I am thinking about this is because I am using a new AutoHotKey script called MyFavorites ... that allows mevirtually instant access to any file or folder on mynetwork. Actually my Hamachi VPN ![]

Use a wiki ...

I'd use a wiki if it would instant message someone that I have changed an entry.
