What I am trying to avoid is to bring up a patient's chart each time you click on a message, or result. So, those buttons only become active when you have selected that patient. And you don't need to select a patient in order to file their result away. Only if you need to do something specific. Will you make mistakes ?? I haven't so far ...
FYI: If you right click on an appt in the dashboard, and decline to delete it, it still gets pasted into the docking button .. so that you can now book another appt for this patient.
The synapse news is functional in B31, but the practice noticeboard is not yet. I will have to add some server side functions to support the noticeboard. But so far all the changes in the latest betas have been without needing any server changes.
