I was able to reproduce. It occurs when double clicking the Result Type's box. Other issue: The file before which seemed to file properly, isn't in the patient's Results, but is on the server. hmmmm.
Not sure. I don't use the Add result section very often (my staff does it all). Apparently they don't double click the drop downs
