    * Updated the PQRI tests
    * Implemented the Syndromic Surveillance facility using the Generic Disease mapping guide

    To see the HL7 generated, bring up the patient's diagnoses using the diagnoses applet. Click on a diagnosis you want to report, and then click on the "CDC" button and fill in any other fields that need to be done.

    Note that you'll need to get a facility OID from the CDC, and fill this in at Settings/User/Miscellaneous/Facility OID
    and you need to also fill in the default state code you are in in Settings/User/Letters and the default state name in full in Settings/User/Letters/Default State Name.

    * Bugfix - locations were corrupting once you had more than 4 locations entered. This was old code that fixed the location from 5 fields to 7.

    The client now remembers the server IP, user name and password. Where are these information stored? I need to change the IP but the client ignores the change in Environment Variables, even after I deleted all the files the client generated.

    Hi Graham,
    Can I have a login and password to download a new version. I don't have a password and login for the wiki.

    Thanks,
    Vance

    You and all the others who asked for them were sent the keys in Sept 2010!

    Check your email.

    Qilin, it is stored in the synapse.exe in the alternate data stream .. it should change when you login to a different IP address.

    Also there's a check option at login to clear that data which should work ...

    Remembering the UserName ***AND*** password ?
    Gaping Huge Security problem to save 5 seconds.
    Ouch.

    The password must be switched back to "not" remembered.
    ASAP.
    This is definitely a HIPAA rule.
    But more importantly it fails the "Due Diligence" rules of obvious security.

    Odd, it worked on my desktop but not on my laptop, same client version. I'll try a couple more times and see what happens.
    I would have to agree with Jason, password should not be remembered by default.

    My feeling is that security should be handled by the operating system, and not the application. Of course if you can prove me wrong I'll change this.

    * fixes issue where hl7 PID-7 is non-compliant, and uses a dd-MMM-yyyy format.
    * a new Rapid3 button on the consult editor

    No matter what I try, my laptop just won't remember changed IP, it ignores the change in Environment Variables, it won't clear cretentials when I checked the box. The only way I can make it change is to copy the client exe file from another computer with a changed IP. Any ideas?

    If the client remembers the IP, does this also mean we don't need to use Environment variables any more?
