I am re-trying the Results in the INBOX. It is faster with the PDFs displaying in PDF X-Change Viewer vs. the Browser. I am not getting an error. Then clicking anything in the Diagnoses popup brings a browser crash. Interestingly, Synapse turns green !
If you're reviewing results ... Synapse no longer loads up all the patient record, just the results to increase the speed of loading the record. that means the diagnoses and medications are not available. the window changes to a darker color to indicate this. To get the diagnoses, you have to explicitly click on the patient's name in the result. It has done that for a very very long time.
I'm surprised that loading something as small as Diagnoses or Surgeries would slow down Load times. I certainly want the inbox to be as fast as possible. Clicking on the patient's name in the Result doesn't seem to work ? I had to click on their name in the cache. Would it be hard to set up Popups (especially Diagnoses and Surgeries) such that if they were running in "non-loaded mode" and someone wanted to see them (ie. Pressed F5 for diagnoses ...) that the patient's record could be loaded ? This would prevent the need to error trap the Diagnosis popup. An alternative would be that popups have a "Load" button on the popup itself ?
I'm not seeing an error ... but I think it's possible. I'm clicking on HL7 results .. perhaps that is the difference.
When reviewing the inbox ... I press F5 to pull up the Diagnoses Popup. When I click on ALL, I get the error message. Note: the green background indicating operating in reduced loading mode.
It says b65, but the expiry date was May 1, 2012. I just updated and it still says beta65, but the exp date is june 2012. As you say, the error is fixed. Excellent When I press F5 (diagnoses) I get a blank popup and hitting [ALL] works great to restore all the diagnoses. It works pretty good, although it would be nice not to have to click [ALL]. But if it saves significant overhead .... the compromise is fine.
If I am reviewing the inbox and press F6 (Surgeries) ... I get the wrong patient data. If you click [ALL] in F5 (Diagnoses) and then go back to F6 (Surgeries) the right data is there.
Ok, I see the issue. The procedures data is not cleared when a new patient is selected unless it gets written over by new data. Easy fix.
